We ship from Canada to customers across the country and around the world. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

🌍 UK & Australia
We currently offer worldwide shipping to the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout using discounted carrier rates via Purolator.
📦 How it works: Select your country at checkout and your shipping rate will be automatically calculated based on your order weight and destination using our discounted Purolator carrier rates.
⏱️ Processing Times
Because we handcraft our products in small batches in Toronto, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
💡 Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = processing time (1–3 days) + shipping time based on your selected shipping method.
For international orders (US, UK, Australia and beyond) you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Flair Scents Co. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
